By using this website and the free services offered on it you agree to be legally bound by these terms of use, as they may be modified and posted on this website from time to time. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms of Use you may not use this website.
If you sign up to use any services which we charge fees for, our Terms and Conditions will apply to the use of such services. By accessing and using WeTest, you agree to comply with the below terms of service. These terms also include the WeTest privacy policy. You may not access and use WeTest if you do not agree to the version of the Terms.
These Terms of Use govern the relationship between you and WeTest. (“WeTest”, “us”, “we”, or “our”, a limited liability company) in relation to the use of http://wetest.io/ website (the “Service”) as operated by WeTest. These Terms of Use are applicable to visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please carefully read our Privacy Policy as by using this website you confirm that you agree with it.
Eligibility
In order to use the Service, you must:
- 1. Be at least eighteen (18) years old and able to legally undergo contractual obligations;
- 2. Complete the registration process;
- 3. Agree to these Terms;
- 4. Provide true, complete, and up-to-date contact and billing information; and
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all the requirements listed above and that you won’t use the Service in a way that violates any laws or regulations. Note that by representing and warranting, you are making a legally enforceable promise.
WeTest may refuse service, close accounts of any users, and change eligibility requirements at any time.
Account and Password
As per the package purchased by the user, they shall use an “Account” with a User ID and Password. Users shall ensure that any registration information provided by any of its authorized individuals, shall always be accurate, correct, and complete. Users shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Account and password and it shall be responsible for all activities that occur under any Account. WeTest reserves the right to refuse registration or cancel Accounts that the user deems inappropriate.
Free Plan
WeTest may, at its sole discretion, offers a Subscription free of charge (a “Free” plan). You will not be charged by WeTest for using the Free plan. At any time and without notice, WeTest reserves the right to modify the terms of use of the Free plan offer or cancel such Free plan offer.
Fees
User shall pay to WeTest, without offset or deduction, the amounts set forth within the specified days as outlined in the Customer Proposal All fees payable under this Agreement shall be paid by the User in advance before the delivery of the Software and as per the rates stated in the Purchase Plan.
A valid payment method, including a credit card or PayPal, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide WeTest with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, country, telephone number, and a valid payment method. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize WeTest to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, WeTest will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.
Fee Changes
WeTest, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change shall become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.
WeTest shall provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such modifications become effective. Your continued use of the Service after the modification of the Subscription fee comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
Service Availability
This website and the services provided on it are provided on an "as is" basis and we cannot be liable if, for any reason, our services or website are unavailable for any period of time. Access to this website may be suspended at any time without any notice being given.

This website contains data and information, which are protected by trademark, patent, and/or copyright laws. No part of this website or our services may be published, distributed, extracted, re-utilized, or reproduced in any material form (including photocopying or storing it in any medium by electronic means and whether or not transiently or incidentally to some other use of this publication) except in accordance with separately agreed permissions or as permitted by the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 or the Copyright and Rights in Databases Regulations 1997, as applicable. We reserve the right at any time at our discretion to withdraw or modify the licenses we grant for use of our content.

Assignment
Candidate agrees that upon completing the tests and submitting his or her answers and solutions he or she hereby assigns all rights, title, and interest in and to the copyrights to the answers and solutions to the owner of the testing content for its exclusive use and that the Owner shall be the sole and exclusive owner of the copyright and other intellectual property rights in said answers and solutions. Users and Candidates agree that the answers and solutions to the testing questions may not be reproduced or republished in any medium without the express written permission of the Owner.
Liability
We do not accept any liability for the accuracy, completeness, or suitability for a particular purpose of any content published or made available on or by means of our website or services unless liability cannot be restricted by any applicable law. We will not be liable for any damages arising in contract, tort, or otherwise from the use of or inability to use this website, services, or another website linked to or from our website or any material contained therein, or from any action or decision taken as a result of using this website or services. We shall not be liable for any damage which may result from the download, installation, storage, or use of software or content from our website or services.
Content licensing and intellectual property

You must not use the Service to solicit information from candidates that could be used to discriminate against them. Unauthorized use of the Service may be a criminal offense and/or give rise to a claim for damages.
Data Protection
You acknowledge that information about you and the Content posted will be collected, held, and used by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service shall immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
Disclaimer
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
WeTest its subsidiaries, and affiliates do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components, or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Your use of this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any dispute arising out of the use of this website shall be referred to the Canada courts.
Changes to these Terms of Use
These terms of use may change from time to time and therefore you should review them regularly. We will of course notify you of any changes where we are required to do so. These terms of use were last updated on May 26th, 2023, and replaced all other terms of use previously applicable.
