Basics

You can purchase the themes on Bootstrap Themes via any major credit/debit card (via Stripe) or with your Paypal account. We don't support cryptocurrencies or invoicing at this time.
If you'd like a refund please reach out to us at [email protected]. If you need technical help with the theme before a refund please reach out to the seller first and they can get in touch with us if they're unable to resolve the issue.
You'll receive an email from Bootstrap themes once your purchase is complete.
There are three license types - Standard, Multisite, and Extended. We've provided the table below for a quick look at the difference between the them, as well as a few examples of ways each license could be used. If you lose the link for a theme you purchased, don't panic! We've got you covered. You can login to your account, tap your avatar in the upper right corner, and tap Purchases. If you didn't create a login or can't remember the information, you can use our handy Redownload page, just remember to use the same email you originally made your purchases with.
There may be times when you need to upgrade your license from the original type you purchased and we have a solution that ensures you can apply your original purchase cost to the new license purchase.

Test and assessment questions

If you exit the test and close the program, the test will be marked as completed, and you will have to take part in it again.
If the timer stops on a question, your answer will be saved, and the next question or test will start. But if the timer stops on the last question, your time is completely over, and the test will be marked as completed.
No. When you take the test, you cannot go back to the previous question, and we warn you that you cannot do this.

So, if you need to know the answer to a question or have doubts about the correct answer, trust your luck and choose an option.

No, there is no negative mark or penalty for any question. So try to answer every question, even relying on luck!
No. If you leave the test screen for any reason, the timer will not stop, and your time will expire.
No. When your test is over, the test link is expired, and you cannot use it again. To participate in a test more than once, you must retake the test with a new invitation link.

Connectivity and equipment questions

Yes. You can participate in the tests through your mobile phone, but we do not recommend this because the small screen of the mobile phone is not a good option for reading the questions and answering them, and it makes your work difficult.
If you encounter this problem, check your internet connection and ensure it’s stable. A weak connection can cause questions to load slowly.
If you leave the test page, your timer will not stop, and the time will be calculated. Even if you are out of the test for technical reasons, the time is calculated, and the test is over.

If this happens to you, try to contact the company you applied to and discuss the matter with them.

Data and privacy questions

All sites ask you to accept Privacy Policy, WeTest is no exception. This is for you to understand how we capture your information and with whom we share it.
If the timer stops on a question, your answer will be saved, and the next question or test will start. But if the timer stops on the last question, your time is completely over, and the test will be marked as completed.

It should be noted that you can't take the exam if you don't accept the website's privacy policy.

Accepting cookies allows us to check the technical aspects of your test and support you if needed.

You can refuse to accept the cookies, but know that, in this case, we may not be able to provide you with full technical support.

Our anti cheating system uses the camera if the test maker enables the feature. Moreover, you will be notified through your browser if the test required the camera access or not.

Communication and invitation questions

If you want to contact the company you applied for, you should use the contact methods available on their website.
When your test is finished, you can close the website window. Your answers will be saved and provided to the company, and the rest of the process will be done by them.

Note that WeTest has no involvement in the decision-making process for your employment.

If you still need to receive the invitation link, check your email spam box, and if the email is there, mark it as not spam.

But if it was not there, contact us to follow up on the matter.

Only the company that takes the test from you can share the result with you, and if you want to know the outcome, you should contact them directly. We cannot do this on their behalf.
